Sales Development Representative (Italy)

What You'll Do

As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage organizations, generate leads, pitch and present GoodHabitz, using lead generation techniques and sales intelligence tools to maintain a full pipeline. You will inspire prospects, deliver presentations and advise on best usage, driving targets and contributing to the personal development of employees across Spain.

  • Find prospects using online and offline lead generation techniques.
  • Contact prospects and share an inspiring story about the product.
  • Engage prospects, provide presentations and advise on usage.
  • Win over prospects with enthusiasm, focusing on solving problems.
  • Remain resilient and never walk away from a challenge.
Qualifications
  • Have a digital mindset and enjoy meeting prospects.
  • Always be aware of prospects’ needs.
  • Embrace the learning philosophy and spread the word online and offline.
  • Have a keen commercial eye and talent for signing prospects.
  • Be dedicated to sales and target‑oriented.
  • Ideally have experience in online learning.
  • Ideally have a network in HR/L&D at C‑Level, mid‑size and larger organizations.
  • Take pride in a love for sales.
  • Eat targets for breakfast.
  • Pick up matters quickly and remain available for meaningful conversations.
  • Fluent in Italian and English is a plus.
  • Independent, autonomous, and focused.
