Advertising and Sponsored Content Terms
These terms apply to banners, sponsored articles, sponsored blog content, advertorial material, promotional links, and similar paid or promotional content on Eurojobs.
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to employers, agencies, jobseekers, advertisers, companies, partners, or other users who purchase, submit, renew, or manage advertising or sponsored content on Eurojobs.
2. Advertising products
Eurojobs may offer banner advertising, article banners, sponsored blog content, sponsored articles, guest posts, promotional placements, display advertising, featured visibility, or related products. Products may be priced in Euro, credits, or another displayed billing method.
3. Approval required
All banners, creatives, links, sponsored articles, sponsored blog content, and promotional material are subject to Eurojobs review and admin approval before or during publication.
Payment, checkout, credit use, or upload does not guarantee approval, publication, renewal, placement, clicks, views, impressions, applications, sales, conversions, hires, or audience results.
4. Content standards
Advertising and sponsored content must be lawful, accurate, non-misleading, rights-cleared, professional, and suitable for a recruitment-related platform.
You must have all rights, licences, permissions, consents, and authority needed for text, images, logos, links, claims, trademarks, testimonials, and landing pages used in advertising or sponsored content.
5. Prohibited promotional content
We may reject or remove material involving scams, phishing, malware, unlawful discrimination, misleading financial claims, adult or illegal content, prohibited products, unsafe claims, fake jobs, fake training, misleading employment offers, privacy-invasive tracking, or material that damages user trust.
6. Sponsored content labelling
Eurojobs may label, categorise, disclose, or style sponsored content as sponsored, paid, promotional, advertorial, guest post, or similar where appropriate. You must not attempt to hide the commercial nature of sponsored material.
7. Review, edits, pause, and removal
Eurojobs may request changes, apply labels, pause, reject, edit, remove, or refuse advertising or sponsored content where needed to protect users, comply with law, maintain quality, or protect the Eurojobs/OTI Group brands.
8. Landing pages and external links
Landing pages must be lawful, safe, accurate, and consistent with the advert or sponsored content. We may reject or remove links that redirect deceptively, collect unnecessary personal data, contain malware, impersonate others, or damage user trust.
9. Statistics and reporting
Advertising statistics are informational and may vary due to caching, filtering, bot protection, reporting delays, browser blocking, technical differences, or fraud-prevention rules. No CPC, CPM, conversion, application, hire, ranking, or revenue guarantee applies unless expressly agreed in writing.
10. Renewals and duration
Advertising and sponsored content may run for a fixed duration or until a product entitlement expires. Renewal may require payment, credits, admin approval, or updated creative review.
11. Refunds
Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertising and sponsored content purchases are non-refundable once purchased, submitted, reviewed, activated, delivered, or made available. Mandatory legal rights are not affected.
12. Enforcement
Eurojobs may suspend advertising access, reject future submissions, remove content, deactivate campaigns, retain records for review, or restrict accounts where advertising rules are breached.
