Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of Eurojobs.com, including jobseeker accounts, employer and agency accounts, job postings, CV tools, AI-assisted services, payments, credits, advertising, sponsored content, feeds, imports, support, and platform rules.
1. Legal operator and agreement
Eurojobs.com is a legally registered trading name of One Terrene International Group, also referred to as OTI Group, Eurojobs, we, us, or our.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing from, posting on, applying through, advertising on, or otherwise using Eurojobs.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and to all policies linked from them, including the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Services Policy, Employer Terms, Jobseeker Terms, Advertising and Sponsored Content Terms, and Data Rights information where applicable.
If you use Eurojobs on behalf of a company, agency, employer, advertiser, partner, client company, or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to use the platform for that organisation and to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Nature of the platform
Eurojobs is an online recruitment, employment, CV, advertising, and related digital services platform. It helps jobseekers search for jobs, prepare CVs, apply for vacancies, receive job alerts, and use optional support tools. It helps employers, recruiters, agencies, advertisers, and commercial users publish jobs, manage applications, purchase credits or products, review candidate matches, submit feeds, and promote lawful content.
Eurojobs is not the employer of jobs shown on the platform unless expressly stated. We do not guarantee that a job advert is still open, that an employer will respond, that a candidate will be hired, that a jobseeker will receive interviews, or that any user will achieve a particular commercial, recruitment, advertising, or career outcome.
Features may be added, changed, restricted, renamed, suspended, or removed over time as Eurojobs V3 evolves. We may introduce new modules, credit rules, approval rules, package limits, security controls, search features, matching features, or AI-assisted tools where needed.
3. Eligibility and account registration
Eurojobs is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to use recruitment, employment, advertising, and paid online services in their jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account, profile, CV, company, billing, job, advertising, contact, and payment-related information up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all actions taken through your account, including actions by authorised team members, sub-users, agency users, or anyone using access you granted.
We may refuse, suspend, restrict, deactivate, or review accounts where registration information appears false, incomplete, misleading, duplicated, abusive, risky, or connected to fraud, spam, fake jobs, fake applications, platform abuse, payment issues, or legal concerns.
4. Imported users and legal acceptance
Eurojobs may import accounts from a previous Eurojobs platform. For security reasons, historical passwords may not be imported. Imported users may be required to reset their password before accessing the new platform.
Imported users and existing users may be required to accept the current Eurojobs V3 Terms, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any account-specific terms before using dashboard features.
When legal documents are updated, we may require users to accept the current active version before continuing to use protected parts of the platform.
5. Jobseeker services
Jobseekers may create and manage profiles, Master CV data, application CVs, presentation CVs, cover letters, uploaded CV files, saved jobs, job alerts, job applications, notifications, CV templates, and related account information.
A Master CV is intended to remain private to the jobseeker account unless the jobseeker chooses to use it to create an application CV, presentation CV, job application, exported CV, or another shared output. Employers do not receive full CV/application details unless the jobseeker applies to a job or otherwise chooses to share information through the platform.
Jobseekers are responsible for reviewing their CVs, profiles, applications, cover letters, AI-assisted suggestions, uploaded files, and application choices before submitting or publishing them.
6. Employer, recruiter, agency, and team services
Employers, recruiters, companies, agencies, and authorised team members may create company profiles, manage job adverts, buy or use credits, review applications, use ATS tools, create screening questions, manage feeds or imports, review matching results, use candidate discovery previews, manage advertising, and access billing information depending on their permissions and package limits.
Agencies posting for client companies must have authority to do so and must accurately represent the client company, brand, job, location, application process, and hiring requirements.
Account owners are responsible for team member permissions and for ensuring that sub-users only access data and functions they are authorised to use.
7. Job adverts and application workflows
Job adverts must be genuine, accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading. You must clearly describe the role, employer or agency context, location, work arrangement, requirements, application process, and other material information where relevant.
You must not post fake jobs, scams, unlawful or discriminatory requirements, phishing links, malware, misleading earning claims, unpaid work disguised as employment, pyramid schemes, or adverts intended to collect data for non-recruitment purposes.
Eurojobs may remove, deactivate, edit, flag, restrict, or review job adverts where they appear inaccurate, expired, abusive, unlawful, low quality, unsafe, duplicated, spam-like, or inconsistent with platform rules.
8. Credits, products, packages, payments, and invoices
Eurojobs may sell or allocate credits, packages, subscriptions, trials, invoices, paid products, advertising products, sponsored content products, CV-related products, AI Services, visibility services, and other digital services. Product structure may change over time.
Credits may be used for job postings, AI Services, visibility tools, CV tools, matching tools, or other platform functions depending on the product configuration shown in the account or checkout area. Banner advertising and sponsored content may be priced in Euro, credits, or a combination depending on the product offered.
You are responsible for reviewing product limits, credit use, durations, expiry rules, renewal rules, approval requirements, VAT/tax treatment, invoice details, and checkout information before purchasing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital products, credits, packages, and services are non-refundable once purchased, activated, used, delivered, or made available. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that may apply under law.
We may correct pricing errors, refuse orders, cancel suspicious transactions, reverse incorrectly allocated credits, suspend products pending payment review, or request additional verification where needed.
9. AI-assisted tools and structured matching
Eurojobs may provide AI-assisted or intelligent support tools, including CV upload parsing, CV/profile improvement suggestions, job advert creation, job advert review, job analysis, content suggestions, and related services.
Some matching and candidate discovery features may use structured scoring, rules, profile fields, job fields, skill data, ESCO/ISCO-style mappings, mathematical comparison, search logic, or recommendation methods. These tools support users but do not replace human judgement.
AI-assisted outputs and matching results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, biased, outdated, or legally insufficient. Users must review outputs before using them. Employers remain responsible for recruitment decisions, and Eurojobs does not make final hiring decisions.
10. Candidate matching, discovery, scoring, and previews
Eurojobs may use profile data, CV data, job data, skills, locations, experience, education, job preferences, employer requirements, profile completeness, job completeness, and related fields to support job alerts, suggested jobs, candidate matching, candidate discovery, scoring, and platform recommendations.
Candidate discovery previews are intended to help employers identify possible matches without exposing full private CV or contact information before a permitted workflow occurs. Employers must not attempt to identify, contact, scrape, export, or misuse candidates outside approved Eurojobs processes.
Scores, match percentages, warnings, suggested skills, completeness indicators, and recommendations are guidance only. They do not guarantee job suitability, legal compliance, candidate availability, employer interest, interview selection, or hiring success.
11. CVs, files, user content, and intellectual property
You retain ownership of lawful content you submit, such as CV text, cover letters, company descriptions, job adverts, logos, banners, sponsored content, and uploaded files, subject to the licence needed for Eurojobs to host, process, display, transmit, moderate, transform, generate, export, index, translate, analyse, and otherwise operate the services you use.
You must have the rights, permissions, licences, and consents needed for all content you submit. You must not upload confidential third-party data, copyrighted material, personal data, images, logos, or files that you are not authorised to use.
We may remove, restrict, reject, edit, crop, resize, transform, scan, or moderate content where needed for security, legal compliance, formatting, quality, fraud prevention, platform integrity, or user protection.
12. Advertising and sponsored content
Employers, agencies, jobseekers, advertisers, companies, partners, or other users may be able to purchase or submit banners, sponsored articles, sponsored blog content, advertorial material, promotional links, or other promotional content.
All banners, creative files, links, sponsored articles, sponsored content, and promotional material are subject to Eurojobs review and admin approval. Payment does not guarantee approval, publication, renewal, placement, clicks, views, applications, conversions, sales, hires, or audience results.
Eurojobs may reject, pause, remove, label, edit, require changes to, or refuse advertising or sponsored content where needed to protect users, comply with law, maintain quality, protect reputation, or prevent abuse.
13. Feeds, imports, and bulk posting
Employers, agencies, feed clients, or authorised users may be able to import jobs using CSV, XML, Excel, or other feed formats depending on access and package configuration.
Feed clients remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, freshness, duplication status, application links, employer identity, and content of all imported jobs. Automated import does not remove responsibility for the underlying job data.
Eurojobs may limit, pause, reject, deactivate, map, transform, deduplicate, throttle, or review imported content to protect performance, credit rules, job quality, user trust, and platform stability.
14. Communications, alerts, newsletters, and support
Eurojobs may send account emails, verification messages, password reset emails, legal acceptance notices, security alerts, invoices, purchase confirmations, job alerts, application notifications, product notices, service updates, and support messages.
Marketing or useful updates may be sent where permitted and may be controlled through preferences or unsubscribe links where applicable. Service and security messages may still be sent even if marketing is disabled.
Eurojobs support is provided through the OTI Group Helpdesk and, where available, the 7ii AI support assistant. We do not provide a public contact form on Eurojobs itself, to reduce spam and misdirected job applications.
15. Prohibited activities
You must not use Eurojobs for scams, fake jobs, fake applications, phishing, malware, spam, scraping, unauthorised data collection, impersonation, harassment, unlawful discrimination, rights infringement, fraudulent payments, abuse of credits, abuse of AI tools, or attempts to bypass platform limits or access controls.
You must not overload, probe, reverse engineer, attack, copy, crawl, resell, or interfere with Eurojobs systems, search, feeds, dashboards, payments, security features, data, source code, or user accounts except where expressly permitted in writing.
16. Moderation, suspension, and enforcement
Eurojobs may moderate content, reject products, pause campaigns, deactivate jobs, block login, suspend accounts, restrict features, preserve records, greylist or block emails/domains/IPs, remove content, cancel suspicious orders, or take other reasonable action where needed.
Where an account deletion or deactivation request is made, account access may be blocked from the user perspective while records remain available for review, retention, security, legal, billing, abuse-prevention, or platform-integrity purposes.
17. Third-party services and links
Eurojobs may link to employer websites, application URLs, payment providers, analytics tools, advertising networks, helpdesk systems, AI providers, hosting providers, social platforms, or other third-party services. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, employer application pages, external job links, third-party adverts, payment providers, or content outside Eurojobs, except where required by law.
18. Availability and changes
Eurojobs is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We aim to operate a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, constant availability, permanent job visibility, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device, browser, feed, file, or third-party system.
We may carry out maintenance, upgrades, security work, migrations, indexing, caching, data imports, or system changes that affect availability or performance.
19. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eurojobs does not guarantee employment, hiring, applications, candidate quality, employer response, job accuracy, visa outcomes, salary outcomes, advertising performance, search ranking, AI output accuracy, or commercial results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for claims connected with Eurojobs is limited to the amount paid by you to Eurojobs for the relevant service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.
The courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, and any mandatory consumer forum required by applicable law, may have jurisdiction over disputes depending on the nature of the claim and the user involved.
21. Contact and legal notices
