Requirements:- Studii superioare finalizate;
- Abilitati excelente de comunicare atat verbal, cat si in scris;
- Abilitati organizatorice si de gestionare a timpului;
- Capacitate de adaptare rapida la schimbari;

- Experienta sau capabil sa lucreze cu platforme de Email marketing sau E-Commerce, APIs, DNS, etc.
- Reprezinta un avanataj experienta in PHP, MongoDB, Linux, JavaScript, VueJs;
- Reprezinta un avantaj experienta in metodologia QA;
- Reprezinta un avantaj experienta in metodologia Agile;
- Reprezinta un avanataj experienta anterioara ca technical support/ customer service;
- Vei oferi asistenta utilizatorilor platformei theMarketer pentru remedierea situatiilor prin canalele oficiale de comunicare: email, chat, telefon;
- Vei comunica atent cu utilizatorii platformei atat cu cei tehnici, cat si non-tehnici;
- Vei identifica problemele si vei veni in intampinarea lor cu solutii, folosind procesele stabilite;
