Backend Lead XLab

Salary: CHF 130'000 - 155'000 per year Requirements: To be successful in this role you offer a strong quality-oriented mindset paired with a deep understanding of “why this matters” for the end user. Moreover, you bring:• Proven ability to lead and grow people (coaching, feedback, accountability) in a distributed setup.• Excellent stakeholder skills: you can communicate clearly with senior leadership and influence decisions with facts, clarity, and persuasion.• Fluency in (Swiss) German and English (required).• Deep knowledge of Java and the Java Virtual Machine (JVM).• Experience in building microservice-based backends using Java + Spring Boot.• Practical experience with Docker and container orchestration—preferably Kubernetes.
