Your responsibilitiesinclude:Provide on -site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops,printers, mobile devices, and peripherals;Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operatingsystems (Windows and/or macOS);Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, connectivity,and user access;Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive,SharePoint);Perform hardware replacements, upgrades, and basic repairs;Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords (Active Directory/ Azure AD);Document incidents, service requests, and solutions in theticketing system;Escalate complex issues to higher -level support teams whennecessary;Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and bestpractices;Provide user training and guidance on IT tools and procedures.You must have: Minimum 12th grade level (mandatory);Fluency in portuguese (mandatory);Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory;1–3 years of experience in IT support, onsite support, or helpdeskroles;Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking(LAN/WAN, Wi -Fi, TCP/IP);Experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral devices;Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL -based processes;Strong problem -solving and analytical skills;Excellent communication and customer service skills;Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
