Environment Are you looking for a new professional challenge? Bucher + Suter is Europe’s largest Cisco Contact Center Partner, build-ing scalable, enterprise-grade customer service solutions for global clients. Our products integrate Cisco Contact Center platforms with leading CRM systems such as Salesforce, enabling high-performance and reliable customer interactions at scale. We work in cross-functional Scrum teams where quality is built in from day one—not added at the end. Main Tasks Test and validate integrations between Cisco Contact Center and Salesforce Contribute to and take ownership of quality assurance activities in your Scrum team Design, implement and maintain automated tests (UI, API, integration) Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline Improve our testing framework and tooling Work closely with experienced software developers and product owners in a Scrum team Support releases with structured testing, regression, and quality reporting Perform exploratory and regression testing where needed Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards Gaining deeper exposure to system integrations while steadily growing your professional responsibility Your Profile 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and test automation Practical experience designing and maintaining automated tests using Playwright Solid working knowledge of TypeScript in a test automation context Experience working with GitLab based workflows and CI/CD pipelines Interest in complex systems, integrations, and enterprise software You are comfortable working in an agile environment (Scrum/DevOps) Practical experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud is a big plus Fluent in German and English is required ISTQB certifications at Advanced level is a nice to have What We Offer What you can expect Hybrid working model and modern tooling Opportunities for career advancement through training, certifications, and technical courses Competitive salary with great benefits and perks Supportive team culture with experienced engineers Employee events, both locally and internationally Two paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) days per year Diversity and Inclusion Statement At Bucher + Suter, we believe that diversity drives innovation and success.
