Signal Processing Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Signal Processing Specialist (m/f/d), you own and develop low-level RF signal processing algorithms that directly feed into production communication and sensing capabilities.This is a hands-on, product-driven role with clear responsibility for transitioning algorithms from analysis to series-ready implementation.What is your Day to Day Mission:Analyze and interpret low-level SDR IQ data streamsDevelop and implement advanced signal quality metrics beyond standard KPIsInvestigate and utilize signals of opportunity for drone-based applicationsDesign and implement signal detection and classification algorithms using correlation and statistical methodsImplement and integrate emitter detection and localization algorithmsBenchmark, select, and integrate SDR platforms for production useValidate algorithms using live and recorded RF dataCollaborate closely with RF application and hardware teams to ensure system-level performanceWhat you bring to the team:Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related fields5+ years of experience in signal processing or RF algorithm developmentStrong background in digital signal processing (DSP)Extensive programming experience in C++ and/or RustExperience working in embedded Linux environmentsProfessional experience with SDR hardwareAbility to drive algorithms from theory to production-quality implementationsNice to have:Experience with real-time or low-latency signal processingExperience with multi-antenna or MIMO systemsWhy Quantum-Systems:We believe in the power of combined efforts: straightforward tech expertise paired with a customer-centric focus.We are industry pioneers who are ambitious, bold, and visionary.
