Per ampliare il team di vendita, siamo alla ricerca di un/a: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER Sede: Lombardia Il Ruolo Il candidato ideale è un Ingegnere/Perito Industriale con una consolidata esperienza (almeno 5-10 anni di esperienza) in qualità di Area Manager o Export Area Manager presso Aziende Industriali operanti nel settore Prodotti Tecnici destinati all’Industria. Alle dirette dipendenze del Direttore Commerciale, ha la piena responsabilità di tutte le Attività Commerciali sui Paesi Europei seguendo direttamente i Clienti OEM e coordinando Agenti e Distributori sul territorio. I Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Meccatronica (o diploma equivalente) o discipline affini Disponibilità a viaggiare per il 40% del tempo Almeno cinque anni di esperienza tecnico-commerciale maturata in aziende manifatturiere B2B (preferibilmente nei settori HVAC, refrigerazione o affini, nonché in settori "best-in-class" con caratteristiche simili) Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Conoscenza di CRM (ad esempio Salesforce, Hubspot) e ottima padronanza di Excel/PowerPoint Completano il profilo ottime doti commerciali e relazionali, forte orientamento al cliente, capacità decisionale, propositività, proattività, autonomia, tenacia, team working, problem solving.
