About the Role You'll build the AI-powered systems that let a 10-person team operate like a 50-person company. At Studyflash, we're building the learning copilot for anyone, anywhere. We bootstrapped to multi-million ARR, ranked in the top 1% for MRR growth, and were named one of Europe's hottest university spinouts. All without VC money. Every system you build directly multiplies what this team can do. Tasks What You'll Build AI agents that run entire business functions. Recent example: a multi-agentic support system that now handles >70% of customer inquiries autonomously. Platforms that eliminate manual work. Example: an influencer management system that cut >80% of manual effort. Infrastructure that scales: self-hosted services across bare-metal VMs and managed cloud, kept fast and reliable. CI/CD pipelines that make deployments from preview to production seamless. If something slows us down, you'll fix it.
