About the roleImagine building the digital backbone behind next-generation autonomous aviation. As a Full Stack Engineer (Angular & Go), you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining internal web applications that power critical engineering and operational workflows. From crafting seamless front-end experiences to building scalable backend services, your work will directly contribute to technologies shaping the future of autonomous flight. Together, we combine aerospace engineering and artificial intelligence to build the next generation of autonomous flight systems, driving innovation where it matters most.What You´ll DoDevelop, maintain, and improve internal web applications using Angular and Golang, building scalable solutions that support engineering and operational teamsDesign and implement efficient database architectures while working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDBCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to transform requirements into robust technical solutionsBuild and maintain gRPC services that enable high-performance communication across systemsTroubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutionsImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, reliable deployments and continuous deliveryMonitor application performance, optimize system reliability, and contribute to software quality, security, and scalability best practicesContribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while helping shape tools that empower cutting-edge aviation technologiesRequirementsWhat You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Strong proficiency in Golang and Angular or React, with hands-on experience building and maintaining modern web applications Experience designing and implementing gRPC services Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including testing, security, maintainability, and performance optimization Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse engineering teams Experience in aerospace, robotics, autonomy, or safety-critical systems is a plus but not essential.Who You AreYou thrive in fast-moving environments where complex challenges fuel innovation You enjoy owning problems end-to-end and are comfortable navigating both front-end and back-end development You are curious, hands-on, and motivated by building reliable systems that solve meaningful problems You value collaboration and enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams to turn ambitious ideas into reality When others see technical roadblocks, you see opportunities to improve, optimize, and innovate
