At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking an Payroll Specialist to join one of our clients' teams in Nicosia, Cyprus. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.Key Responsibilities:• Process monthly payroll & payments to employees / authorities / clients.• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to regulatory authorities.• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.• Coordinate with software provider to prepare specific reports at regular intervals according to clientrequests.• Monitoring the changes in legislative concerning the payroll.• Bachelor's degree or relevant accounting/ HR qualification• Fluent in English and Greek• Experience in working with international/multinational companies will be considered as anadvantage• Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills• Years of experience in a related field: 2 to 4 yearsWhat we offer:• Working in a positive environment with people from different backgrounds and nationalities• Mobility & Secondment opportunities within our 21 offices in South East Europe, the Middle Eastand the Baltics• Provident Fund• Work from Home 1 day per week• Increasing number of annual leave days based on experience at the company• 3 Weeks Paternity Leave• Friday afternoons off• Dog friendly workplace• Potential development & growth through seminars, workshops and events
