At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a bilingual Business Analyst to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.Location: Remote (must be available during Eastern Time business hours)Industry: Insurance / InsurtechType: Full-TimeLanguage Requirements: Bilingual – English & SpanishResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients and tech teams to analyze business problems and propose solutionsPlan and design simple to moderately complex business processes and system modificationsGather, analyze, and document business requirementsCreate test case scenarios and support business application testingDraft user stories and business requirements documentationSupport QA, UAT, and release phases of projectsContribute to time estimations and procedural documentationAid in understanding technical aspects of mobile/web appsMentor other analysts and oversee their work as neededDegree in Business, IT, or a related fieldExperience in the insurance industry is required (health insurance or Insurtech preferred)Certification in health insurance (INS/LOMA/III) is a plusStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, epics, sprints)Solid business analysis skills: facilitation, process mapping, UAT, requirements gatheringExcellent time management and communication skillsFamiliarity with system functionality, data integration, and process documentationTechnical writing experience is a bonusFluent in both English and SpanishPrior experience working for a tech vendor serving insurance clients is highly preferred
