At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking an Payroll Supervisor to join one of our clients' teams in Nicosia, Cyprus. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.Key Responsibilities: Supervise the end-to-end payroll process for clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and fullcompliance with Cyprus labour and payroll legislationManage payroll delivery for both direct clients and agents/partners, ensuring adherence toagreed deadlines and quality standardsProcess and review monthly payroll, payments, statutory submissions, and year-end reportingPrepare payroll reports for the management information as per MIS reporting requirementsAct as a key contact for payroll and labour-related queries, providing advisory support to clientsand partners Liaise with Income Tax Authorities, Social Insurance, external auditors, corporate administrators,and other authorities when neededEnsure proper filing and maintenance of payroll and employment-related documentationPlan, assign, and review the team’s work, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency Lead, mentor, and develop payroll team members through performance management andongoing trainingPrepare and monitor the department budget in line with management guidelinesReview payroll processes and controls, identifying improvements and efficiency opportunitiesUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of experience in payroll, including a supervisory or senior roleStrong knowledge of Cyprus payroll and labour legislation, including Social Insurance andIncome TaxExperience managing payroll for multiple clientsProven ability to manage deadlines and supervise team outputStrong communication skills with clients, partners, and authoritiesFluency in both English and Greek languageWhat We Offer:Working in a positive environment with people from different backgrounds and nationalities Mobility & Secondment opportunities within our 21 offices in South East Europe, the MiddleEast and the BalticsProvident FundWork from Home 1 day per weekIncreasing number of annual leave days based on experience at the companyFriday afternoons off3 weeks paternity leaveDog friendly workplacePotential development & growth through seminars, workshops and events
