Our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions empower physical and online retail stores to increase sales and enhance customer purchasing power.Role Overview As a Product Manager at tbi bank Greece, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative banking products such as personal loans & BNPL that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and optimize products that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.What you get to do in this role:Develop and execute product strategies aligned with tbi bank’s vision and market needs. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement. Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, credit risk, compliance and operations teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Define and track key product metrics, using data to drive decision-making and product enhancements. Identify and solve performance issues, including funnel drop-offs, rising defaults.Gather and prioritize customer feedback to ensure products meet user needs and regulatory requirements. Prepare product documentation, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
