Our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions empower physical and online retail stores to increase sales and enhance customer purchasing power.Role Overview As a Product Manager at tbi bank Greece, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative banking products such as personal loans & BNPL that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and optimize products that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.What you get to do in this role:Develop and execute product strategies aligned with tbi bank’s vision and market needs. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement. Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, credit risk, compliance and operations teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Define and track key product metrics, using data to drive decision-making and product enhancements. Identify and solve performance issues, including funnel drop-offs, rising defaults.Gather and prioritize customer feedback to ensure products meet user needs and regulatory requirements. Prepare product documentation, business cases, and go-to-market plans. Stay up to date with industry trends, digital banking innovations, and regulatory changes.What we are looking for: 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar roleStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Passion for innovation and delivering outstanding customer experiencesStrong self-motivation and ability to work well in a team environmentExperience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environmentAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environmentFluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) What would be considered an advantage:Proven experience as product manager, product owner, business analyst, project manager or similar role within fintech, lending or financial services or similar industries such a insurance or telecommunicationUnderstanding of financial products, digital banking, e-commerce and customer experience best practices A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fieldWhat we offer in return:Opportunity to be a part of growing organization where you can see the difference you made!Competitive SalaryA friendly environment & team of passionate multinational professionals.
