Do you want to play a key role in our unique success story?If so, we're looking for a Financial Analyst to take on a group-level role and join our team on the journey to success!What you get to do in this role:Perform various financial analyses to support financial management of the bankSupport monitoring financial results, prepare conclusions and recommendations to the CFO and bank’s managementPerform product and channel profitability analysesPrepare financial models for project’s decisions takingPerform banking market and competitive analysesCooperate with other finance team members in various financial activitiesInteract with other departments within the bank to support them in financial matters What we’re looking for:University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field3+ years of previous experience with financial data analysis (within financial institution will be considered an advantage)Understanding of key retail banking terms will be an advantage or ability and willingness to learn fastExperience in financial modelingSolid experience with various tools such as MS ExcelSQL, Snowflake experience will be considered an advantageAbility to work well in English given very international environmentStrong analytical skills, with attention to detailAbility to work independently, as well as in the team, and take on new tasks with high level of responsibilityInitiative and proactive personality with motivation for learning and self-developmentWillingness to learn fast and grow together with the companyWhat we offer in return:Opportunity to be a part of growing organization where you can see the difference you made!Competitive SalaryA friendly environment & team of passionate multinational professionals.
