Purpose of the role: Working in a Warehouse with 3 different temperatures, . +3 chill, +12 Ambient and Freezer chamber -25. Operatives will be primarily responsible for assisting with the smooth running of a Distribution Centre on behalf of one of Ireland's largest retailers. Our Operatives earn €15.78 per hour, as well as a 20% weekend premium. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Working within fixed temperature environment, you will be responsible for the accurate picking and assembly of products You will strive meet and exceed minimum efficiency and accuracy levels Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including but not limited to mechanical handling equipment, arm mounted computers Actively promote and adhere to health and safety protocols and be responsible for your own safety and that of your colleagues. Contributing to a safe work environment to minimise hazards and incidents in the workplace. Strict adherence to depot stacking, role cage, pick by line, and wrapping procedures. Adhere to Goods -in offloading, and Goods- out loading procedures Promote Keeling's values through your daily interactions Other Warehouse duties as may be assigned from time to timeKey Skills & Knowledge Flexibility to working hours, including weekend work Strong work ethic, with a keen eye for detail Warehouse experience is desirable not essential Good numeracy and literacy skills Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets High level of dedication and commitment Must have EU Passport or work permit to work Fulltime. ie Stamp 1 or 4. Shift operates on a one-week rotation basis. Due to the freezer's low temperatures, operatives work in 1.5-hour shifts, followed by a 30-minute warm-up break. Specialist PPE (Freezer suits are provided)
