Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, motivate, and develop a high-performing showroom team of 5 employees and support achieving targets.Create a positive, accountable, and customer-focused team culture.Conduct regular coaching sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.Support training of new team members.Drive employee engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Lead by example and promote McSport's core values across the team.Customer Experience - Customer FirstEnsure every customer receives a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience from start to finish.Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.Continuously identify ways to improve the customer journey and showroom experience.Support the team in delivering expert product knowledge and exceptional service standards.Build strong long-term relationships with customers and key accounts.Operational Excellence & Process ImprovementOversee the smooth day-to-day running of the showroom operations.Identify opportunities to improve administration processes and operational efficiencies.Ensure quotes, orders, warranties, and customer follow-ups are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.Monitor workflow and ensure strong communication between departments.Ensure showroom standards, displays, and presentation are maintained to the highest level.Support stock management and operational planning where required.Sales PerformanceSupport the team in achieving showroom sales targets and KPIs.Drive commercial awareness and identify opportunities for growth.Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results.Encourage upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.What We're Looking ForProven experience in retail, showroom, or sales management.Proven experience achieving targets Previous experience leading and developing a team.A strong passion for customer service and people leadership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience using Navision an advantageHighly organised with strong administrative and problem-solving abilities.A proactive mindset with the ability to improve systems and processes.Commercially aware and results driven.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Working knowledge of the sports and fitness industry would be an advantage.Personal Training qualification is desirable but not essential.
