Orange IT Services SA combines the creation of its own proprietary SaaS solutions with software development services for other companies through its software factory. We love the freedom of building our own products, but we also enjoy challenging ourselves with new needs and new domains—especially when they are far outside our comfort zone.Role and Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have experience in Backend (Node.js) and Frontend (React, Next.js) development.You will work closely with our team on e-commerce projects, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications.Tech StackOur current technology stack includes:TypeScriptReact / Next.jsNode.jsAWS CDKAWS Lambda and serverless AWS services (DynamoDB, Step Functions, API Gateway, etc.)Docker and container-based architectures on ECS, EKS, or FargateHybrid architectures when serverless is not the best option.RequirementsProven experience as a Full Stack Developer using React/Next.js and Node.jsStrong knowledge of TypeScriptExperience with serverless and/or containerized architecturesExperience with AWS cloud servicesFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Good knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflowsNice to HaveExperience in the e-commerce domainKnowledge of Shopify platformExperience in developing, customizing, and implementing Shopify themes using LiquidExperience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as CodeWhat We OfferWe offer a permanent Swiss contract (40 hours/week).For cross-border workers, the possibility to work remotely is subject to the current regulations on teleworking.If you don’t think you are the perfect candidate right now but would still like to apply for future positions, please write to careers@orange-its.ch.
