In this role as a Business Development Representative, you will be the starting point of our commercial strength. You bring leads to life, recognize opportunities as soon as they arise, and take the first step towards long-term client relationships. Your enthusiasm and initiative set the pace of our commercial growth and form the foundation for successful sales trajectories at Finext.What will you do?Proactively approach new potential clients through different channels.Create leads and nurture them over the long term until they are “warm enough.” You schedule meetings with prospects, keep leads engaged, and hand them over effectively to the sales team.Collaborate with relationship managers, solution sales, and marketers to ensure the right follow-up.Maintain contact with leads who are not yet ready for the next step in the sales process.Provide relevant content or follow-up to stay top-of-mind.Keep the CRM system up to date with all interactions and insightsContribute to optimizing our lead nurturing approach and campaigns.Think along about new ways to improve both the quality and quantity of leads.Why Business Development Representative at Finext?At Finext, we believe in craftsmanship, freedom, and connection. This is what you gotCompleted a degree in commercial studies, with a strong affinity for IT.0 to 2 years of experience in a commercial or lead generation role.Proven skills in communication, customer focus, and planning.Ability to connect quickly – by phone, LinkedIn, or email.Experience with CRM tools such as Dynamics or comparable systems.You work independently but actively seek collaboration.You speak both English and Dutch. You are energetic, curious, and enjoy taking initiative.Affinity with finance, consultancy, or tech is a plus – not a requirement.We offerA fixed salary between €40.000 and €50.000 per year, depending on your experience.
