Quality Control Engineer | KSA

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Engineer with strong expertise in QA/QC and Facility Management (FM) to join a reputed organization in Saudi Arabia. · Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures in line with project specifications and international standards· Conduct inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and installations (electrical & mechanical systems)· Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures· Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project-specific quality requirements· Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and codes· Ensure quality standards in operation & maintenance (O&M) activities· Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works for MEP systems· Evaluate performance of FM contractors and service providers· Conduct periodic facility audits, snagging, and condition assessments· Ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements in FM contracts· Perform and witness site inspections (electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems)· Coordinate with third-party inspectors and client representatives· Maintain quality records, reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions· Ensure proper documentation and handover dossiers· Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering· Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/QC· Strong experience in Facility Management (mandatory)· Certifications in Quality Inspection (mandatory)· Knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC tools, and documentation· Strong communication and reporting skills
