MailerLite has been thriving for over 10 years and our year-over-year growth continues to increase.What you’ll work onDay-to-day design edits as well as larger creative projectsSocial media visuals, newsletter graphics, and website/blog imageryFeature pages and localized content for global audiencesBroader marketing assets: e-books, presentations, covers, and bannersDisplay advertising creatives across channelsDesign guidelines and brand consistency materials3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required)Strong working knowledge of color theory, typography, and grid layoutProficient in Figma and Canva; expert-level Adobe Photoshop skillsExperience creating banners for display advertising and social mediaComfortable working within brand guidelines and design systemsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesFluent written and verbal English communication skillsAt least 4 hours overlap required with CET time zoneBonus skills:Copywriting skills to complement your visual workExperience with HTML and CSS for email or web designAbility to create animations, motion graphics, or short videosFamiliarity with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap)A genuine affinity for brand identity and design systemsWhat we offerYearly gross salary range: €32,000 - €42,000Remote-first culture: Our team works remotely from around the world International health insurance: Provided with coverage in most countries, with a monthly payout available in select countries where coverage is limitedCompany-paid retreats: Once a year, we gather for a week in a beautiful location to work, learn, and have fun together31 days of vacation (including public holidays): We encourage you to unplug and recharge!12 paid sick days: For your physical and mental well-being, no doctor's note required.
