Sales support About the Role Location Sweden Oestergoetlands laen Finspaang Company Siemens Energy AB Organization Gas Services Business Unit Distributed Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day Join our journey as a Sales Manager in the Modernization & Upgrades team, where you’ll champion global sales of Medium size Gas Turbines M&U products. Imagine collaborating with regional entities and engaging directly with end customers, shaping tailored sales strategies alongside Regional Product Development Managers to meet ambitious annual targets. You’ll take full ownership of the sales process, from prospect development to project handover, immersing yourself in diverse markets with up to 60 days of international travel each year. Your expertise in energy transition and decarbonization will be key in delivering technically accurate and commercially compliant proposals, driving us toward our ambitious annual targets and supporting our sustainability mission. How You’ll Make an Impact Lead all nominated sales activities from Lead Management through to Project Handover Take ownership of the entire sales process, coordinating with commercial sales manager, application engineer, and other teams to deliver accurate and compliant proposals that support our financial year Key Performance targets Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively, providing clear direction across teams Travel globally for up to 60 days each year to engage with customers and partners What You Bring Strong understanding of the energy transition and decarbonization value chain, including the role of Gas Turbines and renewables Solid technical knowledge of Medium size Gas Turbines (SGT-500 – SGT-800 knowledge is a plus but not a requirement) Confident communicator in English with a degree and 5 or more years of experience in International Oil & Gas or Power Generation Cultural awareness and experience working with diverse backgrounds Proven skills in sales, contract negotiation, commercial management, and leading multi-disciplinary teams Even if you do not meet every requirement listed, we encourage you to apply.
