This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to do some of the best work of their career. Your main responsibility will be developing Teamtailor’s website, making sure it is fast, reliable, well-crafted, easy to evolve and built to support our growth. We’re looking for someone with strong experience, or someone who has shown exceptional skill through projects, products or achievements that clearly stand out.You like shipping things, experimenting, and figuring things out quickly. You’re curious about how AI is changing the web and excited about creating experiences that feel more adaptive, useful, and alive.
