We co-developed COMPL-AI, the first technical EU AI Act compliance framework, and continue to work at the intersection of advanced AI research and real-world enterprise needs.RequirementsYour Role at LatticeFlow AI ♟️As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at LatticeFlow AI, you will play a key role in building the core of the platform that will unlock the future of AI governance. We aim to hire the candidate whose skills and experience best meet our needs.Key ResponsibilitiesEmbrace and navigate the uncertainty of building a zero-to-one platform — propose and deliver original solutions to novel challenges.Design, build, and iterate on end-to-end product features and core infrastructure — spanning intuitive front-end UIs, scalable backend services, and the APIs/integrations that connect them.Iterate quickly on prototypes and shipped features, incorporate feedback and adapt to changing product requirements.Proactively improve the existing codebase, tooling, and development workflows to increase team velocity.Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the evolution of our backend and frontend tech stack.Collaborate in product discussions and cross-functionally to translate requirements into secure, robust, and scalable technical solutions.What you’ll bring to our team?Strong programming fundamentals in an object-oriented language (Python preferred).Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and languages like TypeScript/JavaScript.Comfortable working across the stack and operating in ambiguous problem spaces - bringing clarity and creative solutions.High ownership focused on getting things done: proactive, self-directed, startup-minded, accountable for outcomes, and able to ship quickly without compromising long-term code quality.Excellent communicator who thrives on cross-functional collaboration.Curious and always learning: adaptable, motivated, and continuously improving.Comfortable working from the office and thrive in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.Knowledge of AI/ML/LLM fundamentals is a plus.BenefitsWhy LatticeFlow AI? ⭐Work alongside domain experts and leaders in their fields.
