And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our multinational design team, focusing on project management. As the Project Manager, you will play role in planning, controlling, and overseeing project deliverables from order receipt to final acceptance. Your responsibilities will include managing team members and third-party vendors, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a liaison between our company and clients. We may ask you for occasional travel to client sites. You will use more project management skills than technical skills.You will report to the Project Manager, Team Lead and have a hybrid schedule working in Root (Switzerland), Karlsruhe (Germany) or Prague (Czechia).Your Responsibilities:Manage execution of assigned projects within margin targets and customer schedules.Report resource demand and financial aspects of projects.Apply advanced project management and scheduling techniques.Help develop business team strategic plans..Manage single projects or a portfolio of up to 20 projects.Handle subcontracts including labor and fixed-price deliverables.Meet project schedule, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.Contribute to partnerships with customers.Prepare and negotiate variation orders with customer representatives.Ensure completion of project administration and maintain project files.Coach less-experienced engineers.Lead internal project process improvement efforts.Schedule resources to meet project plan requirements.The Essentials - You Will Have:10 years of documented project management experience.Proficiency in English, German and French.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent knowledge.Knowledge of MS Excel & MS Project, Visio, SharePoint.Familiarity with PMI and iPM standards.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Further education in business administration, operations, or project management.Experience with financial budgetingPMP certificationLife Sciences, Consumer Goods and Automotive knowledgeWhat We Offer:Our benefits package includes …Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to CalmEmployee Assistance ProgramPersonalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program... and other local benefits!#LI-Hybrid#LI-RG1Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
