Senior Data Analyst (12-Month FTC)

Hybrid- Bristol | Competitive Salary + Benefits

We’re partnering with a growing organisation undergoing a major business transformation following a recent acquisition, and they’re looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join their expanding Data & Insight team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape how data is integrated, analysed and trusted across the business during a critical period of change. Working closely with senior stakeholders, data engineering and BI teams, you’ll deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and long-term reporting consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead analysis to align and reconcile data across legacy and newly acquired systems
  • Develop and maintain insightful, high-quality dashboards using Tableau
  • Use Databricks to access, analyse and interpret large, complex datasets
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI and technical teams on integration and reporting solutions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and present actionable insights
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences
  • Deliver KPI reporting, statistical analysis, data quality assurance and ad-hoc insight work
  • Champion analytical best practices and support wider team capability

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in data analysis and reporting using SQL, Python and Tableau (or similar BI tools)
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
  • Proven ability to work with multiple data sources and complex datasets
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to balance autonomous working with cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and business impact

Why Apply?

  • Opportunity to influence a major data integration programme
  • Exposure to senior leadership and strategic business initiatives
  • Collaborative, forward-thinking data environment
  • Chance to make a measurable impact during a significant transformation journey

If you’re an experienced analyst who enjoys solving complex business problems through data and thrives in change environments, we’d love to hear from you.
