Job description

ICT Technicianurgently required to join the team at the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service Headquarters based in Knockbracken Healthcare Park, Belfast. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm with an hourly pay rate of £15.88. Initially this role will be for 3 months on a temporary basis with the possibility of an extension based on job performance. The main duties will include - providing technical end user support and undertake complex fault diagnosis and resolution for a full range of ICT Systems, undertake routine maintenance and fault analysis, diagnosis, undertake regular site visits for the deployment, reconfiguration, maintenance and emergency repair of IT and Telephony equipment and assist in the installation, testing, repair and maintenance of all new and existing hardware and software applications.
