The Mission: Privacy at Scale We aren't just blurring faces; we’re reinventing digital privacy. Our team is building SOTA computer vision pipelines that replace real-world identities with high-fidelity synthetic faces. We operate at the intersection of a fast-paced startup culture and the massive impact of a corporate-backed project. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who lives for system architecture, performance optimization, and the challenge of deploying complex ML models to both cloud and edge. Tasks Architect & Build: Lead the development of robust data processing pipelines and ML deployment frameworks. Optimize: Squeeze every millisecond out of C++ implementations and Python ML wrappers to ensure our models run efficiently on various hardware, including edge devices. Deploy: Own the MLOps life cycle, ensuring our synthetic face redaction models are seamlessly integrated and scalable.Collaborate: Work in a highly structured and organized fashion within a small, elite team of engineers in our Zurich office. Requirements Strong Software Engineer: You have a great command of C++ and Python, being comfortable moving between low-level performance tuning and high-level ML orchestration. ML Practitioner: You have hands-on experience in ML Engineering and MLOps. You know how to take a model from a research notebook to a production environment. Architectural Thinker: You don’t just write code; you design systems. You understand how data flows and where bottlenecks are. Structured Overachiever: You are exceptionally organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and speak fluent English.Bonus Points: Prior experience with corporate developer tooling, ML-based computer vision algorithms or large-scale data infrastructure is a significant plus.
