Descrizione del lavoro

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive sustainable business growth within the assigned market, building strong customer relationships and identifying strategic commercial opportunities in order to expand our Sales Team. The role will support Chromavis Group's objectives in terms of volume, turnover, and profitability, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned customers, ensuring regular meetings, business reviews and visits to key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic customer partnerships to maximize growth and sales potential.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, Finance), ensuring alignment across all business units.
  • Present product collections and tailored solutions based on customer needs, providing input for internal preparation of presentations.
  • Gather customer briefs and identify suitable formulations using internal tools and resources.
  • Prepare initial price offers and lead negotiations for new projects and annual pricing reviews.
  • Identify, assess and prioritize new business opportunities, estimating sales potential and probability of success.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape, including top-selling launches and portfolio gaps.
  • Provide action plans, weekly pipeline updates and contribute to accurate sales budgeting and forecasting.
  • Initiate and manage contractual documentation (e.g., NDAs, terms & conditions) in coordination with relevant functions.
  • Define commercial strategy and account plans for the assigned client portfolio.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics or a related field (or a High School Diploma with equivalent experience).
  • 3-4 years of experience in a sales role within the cosmetics industry
  • Strong knowledge of the cosmetics market, products, trends and customer landscape.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; French or another foreign language is considered a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with main IT systems and the MS Office suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Effective negotiation and influencing capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage workload, set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions.
  • Analytical mindset, even when working with limited information.
  • High level of autonomy, integrity, confidentiality and professional ethics.
  • Resilience, attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
