If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.WHAT YOU WILL BE CHALLENGED WITH:Design and implement complex administrative interfaces for configuring and operating insurance products.Build schema-driven and highly interactive UIs that allow experts to define product structures, pricing rules, and workflows.Own and evolve our frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance across a growing platform.Collaborate closely with backend teams building microservice-based APIs (gRPC / REST) powering product configuration and policy operations.Contribute to the design of AI-assisted workflows, where domain experts interact with AI tools to configure and operate insurance products faster.Establish and maintain frontend engineering standards, including performance optimization, accessibility (A11y), and robust state management.Work with Product and UX to transform complex insurance concepts into clear, efficient user experiences.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are looking for a Senior or Lead Frontend Engineer who enjoys building complex software systems and translating difficult domain problems into intuitive user interfaces.
