Operator Full - Time

You will work in a modern production environment where cardboard products are made for customers around the world. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the production process keeps running smoothly. You will work in a 3-shift schedule and receive good support and development opportunities. The salary can go up to €3,400 gross per month including shift allowance. Functieomschrijving: As an operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process running efficiently. You will work with different machines and help maintain product quality and safety standards. Together with your team, you make sure production targets are achieved.Your tasks include: Operating and monitoring production machines Assisting with machine setup and changeovers Reporting small technical issues and helping solve them Checking the quality of cardboard products Working together with colleagues to keep production running smoothly Functievereisten: The company is looking for a motivated operator with an interest in technology and production. Experience in a production environment is preferred, but motivation and a good work attitude are just as important. You enjoy working in a team and are willing to learn and develop yourself within the company.What is expected from you?
