Role Overview:
- Join a dynamic procurement team managing supplier contracts and driving commercial performance
- Ensure competitiveness, quality, and on-time delivery across the supply chain
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate new contracts and amendments with suppliers
- Manage supplier performance, contracts, and continuous improvement targets
- Lead retendering activities and monitor contract timelines
- Assess supplier financial health and mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with commercial terms and conditions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support strategic supplier meetings
- Identify and promote innovative supplier solutions
Skills Required:
- Proven procurement or strong business process experience
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Commercial, contract, or finance knowledge (desirable)
