OverviewJoin The North Face EMEA as a Senior Key Account Manager for the Sporting Goods Sales team based in Milan and/or Pederobba (TV), Italy. In this role you will steer the Italian portfolio of Sporting Goods Key Accounts, driving sales, brand elevation and the implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with the EMEA channel strategy.
ResponsibilitiesYou will achieve this by:
- Developing and building strong strategic partnerships with key accounts.
- Owning and leading the strategic account plan, ensuring full execution and alignment with the EMEA GTM strategy.
- Leveraging market knowledge and analysis to define priorities and identify growth opportunities.
- Driving in‑store brand presence to ensure consumer awareness, connection and experience.
- Developing and implementing account‑specific marketing plans.
- Leading a small cross‑market team, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and effective execution.
- Planning, controlling and executing activities to meet sales and qualitative targets.
- Managing the seasonal go‑to‑market process.
- Overseeing assortment planning within distribution policy to build sustainable profitable growth.
- Driving profitable market‑share growth with detailed seasonal account plans (assortments, forecasts, scenario plans).
- Ensuring marketplace differentiation and compliance with brand distribution and segmentation policies.
- Maintaining smooth communication on assigned accounts, providing updates to stakeholders on results, needs, opportunities and relationship status.
- Deep industry knowledge of the lifestyle sector and its distribution in Italy.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to operate within a complex matrix organisation.
- Strategic account management with tight execution control.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and prioritisation skills.
- Proactive, hands‑on approach.
- Fluent in English.
