An established and growing environmental consultancy is looking for a Project Manager – Nature Recovery to join its team in Gloucestershire. This is a senior role suited to a commercially aware project professional with experience delivering complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
You will take ownership of nature recovery and land management projects, including Higher Tier Stewardship applications, while working closely with senior leadership to deliver strong environmental and commercial outcomes. There is also scope to support and line manage junior team members as the team grows.
Candidates should have experience in project and land management, strong organisational and leadership skills, and a genuine interest in the rural sector, particularly working with farmers and landowners. A project management qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
The role is office-based near Bourton-on-the-Water, so candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance. The package includes a competitive salary, bonus structure, and access to mentoring from senior leadership.
