Good work!Over de functieThe production Operator B ensures optimal performance of assigned production lines, producing products that meet both quality and quantity standards. This role involves setting up, monitoring, and maintaining machines, while following safety and quality regulations. You will also support team members and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic production environment.Your responsibilities are:Set up and adjust machines to required production parametersMonitor production progress, manage orders, and maintain accurate process recordsEnsure product quality through inspections, metal detection, and process controlMaintain order, and safety on the production lines (5S standards)Support and guide team members, escalating deviations to supervisorsWorking hours:We operate in a two-shift system, seven days a week, including weekends:Dayshift starting from 06.50 AMAfternoon shift starting from 03.00 PMOver het bedrijfHessing is a leading Dutch food company delivering fresh, high-quality cut vegetables and fruit across national and international markets.
