PROJECT LANDSCAPE / MASTERPLAN ( 5 years exp) – International projects
Bofill Arquitectura is looking for a Masterplan & Landscape Architect to join our international architecture team in Barcelona. Bofill Arquitectura is an internationally recognized architecture studio working on large-scale cultural, residential, hospitality, mixed-use and urban projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Masterplan & Landscape Architect to work on large-scale international urban developments, landscape strategies and public realm projects.
The position is focused on major projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), while the role will be based in our Barcelona office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development of large-scale masterplans and landscape projects from concept through detailed design phases.
• Develop urban and landscape design proposals integrating architecture, mobility, public realm and environmental strategies.
• Produce high-quality masterplan and landscape design deliverables including plans, diagrams, presentations and reports.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, urban planning, infrastructure, mobility and engineering consultants.
• Support the development of landscape concepts, spatial strategies and public realm experiences.
• Contribute to design coordination, project planning and technical development of landscape packages.
• Participate in workshops, design reviews and client presentations.
• Ensure consistency and quality across project documentation and design outputs.
• Organizing project deliverables and planning schedules
Profile:
• Architect, Landscape Architect or Urban Designer
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in large-scale masterplan and landscape projects above 100,000 sqm
• Experience working on international urban developments and public realm projects
• Strong design and graphic communication skills
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and consultants
• Good communication, presentation and teamwork skills
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented profile
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino; Revit knowledge is valued
• Knowledge of GIS, landscape tools and parametric workflows is valued
• High level of English required
