🚀We are seeking a SCRUM MASTER with +3 years of experience and solid knowledge of SAFe.
100% Remote❗🌐(Only Spanish Residents) - Fluent English (C1)🗣🌍
The ideal candidate will have expertise in reporting and automation using Jira, as well as jQuery/JQL, including the creation of complex reports.
🟡Skills and Knowledge🟡
- Experience as Scrum Master in agile environments.
- Solid knowledge of SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to collaborate in multinational teams.
- Ability to promote autonomy and self-regulation within the team.
- Passion for continuous improvement and problem solving.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
✨Role and Responsabilities✨
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies within SAFe environments, managing and aligning multiple teams across projects.
- Promote the adoption of Agile best practices and the SAFe framework, fostering continuous improvement and team autonomy.
- Hands-on experience in reporting and automation using Jira, including the design and maintenance of dashboards, metrics, and automated processes.
- Advanced experience with JQL/jQuery for data extraction, analysis, and reporting within Jira.
- Creation of complex and customized reports for management, stakeholders, and operational tracking.
