We are looking for a Mobile Account Manager with 2+ years of experience in managing and scaling advertising campaigns as well as directly managing publishers and traffic sources.


This role involves owning campaigns end-to-end, working closely with publishers, identifying new traffic opportunities, optimizing performance, and ensuring long-term publisher success.


The position can be based remotely.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns on mobile platforms
  • Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with new publishers
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and troubleshoot issues
  • Negotiate pricing and placements to maximize ROI
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure profitability and scale opportunities


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or mobile advertising
  • Strong understanding of affiliate and performance marketing
  • Experience working with publishers, networks, or direct advertisers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
