As our new Product Manager for the Professional Range, you will be the technical heart of our specialized projects. Your mission is to provide high-level technical expertise to both clients and internal teams, ensuring that our professional cleaning solutions are perfectly integrated into large-scale projects. You will bridge the gap between engineering precision and commercial excellence.

Responsibilities

As the Strategic Key Point for your assigned product category, your main mission is to ensure the successful achievement of business objectives by acting as the strategic bridge between our professional product lines and the market.

This is not a sales role, nor a technical engineering position. We are looking for a strategic profile capable of high-level coordination, project optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Coordination: Act as the national subject matter expert and \"Key Point\" for the professional department, ensuring all projects are aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
  • Strategic Positioning & Proposals: Lead the development of comprehensive project offers, ensuring they are commercially viable, strategically sound, and perfectly aligned with client needs.
  • Business Objective Alignment: Monitor and drive the progress of key projects to guarantee they contribute effectively to the department's growth and KPIs.
  • Consultancy & Support: Partner with the Sales team and Key Account Managers (KAMs) as a senior advisor, providing the strategic weight and expert insight needed during high-level client interactions.
  • International Liaison: Represent the local subsidiary in international strategic meetings and training sessions in Germany, acting as the link between global innovation and local implementation.
  • Growth Strategy: Collaborate directly with Commercial and General Management to identify market opportunities and design growth strategies for your product family.
  • Quality & Process Management: Ensure that all strategic workflows and project documentation adhere to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration (ADE), Management, International Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Strategic Consultancy. Experience in the industrial or professional sector.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory for fluid communication and coordination with the headquarters in Germany.
  • Profile: A highly analytical and proactive professional. You are someone who understands the \"big picture,\" possesses excellent communication skills, and knows how to drive results through collaboration.
