We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

Mission:

As a Sales Manager, you will take on significant responsibility for driving revenue growth and team performance across a broader territory or area. You will lead three Team Leaders, managing Sales Representatives in Barcelona, Madrid and Baleares, coordinating their efforts to achieve departmental goals. Your role involves strategic planning, robust client engagement, and performance management. By leveraging your sales acumen and leadership skills, you will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the activities of a team of sales professionals in your department.

  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet departmental revenue targets.

  • Analyze market trends to adapt sales strategies and maximize opportunities.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.

  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.

  • Facilitate regular strategy meetings with the sales team to drive collective success.

  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.

  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build the brand.
