Job Title

Project Manager – Informatics

Job Description

As a Project Manager – Informatics, you will lead complex, customer facing projects in the healthcare sector across Sweden and Nordic countries.

This role is pivotal in delivering advanced informatics and digital health solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

You will manage projects end-to-end from planning to execution, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards are met while driving successful outcomes for stakeholders.

Your Role

  • Oversee the implementation of healthcare informatics projects, ensuring seamless integration of systems and workflows.

  • Coordinate with clinical and technical teams to align project objectives with customer needs.

  • Represent Philips’ interests with senior leaders on the customer side, building trust and influencing strategic decisions.

  • Manage project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation to deliver on time and within budget.

  • Represent the organization at conferences and events, showcasing informatics, imaging, and AI-driven solutions.

  • Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure project success and long-term collaboration.

  • You’re the Right Fit If

  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, and comfortable working in IT-driven environments.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Engineering, Healthcare IT, or related fields.

  • Bring 3–5+ years of experience in project management within healthcare or medical technology.

  • Have strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven success in complex projects.

  • Are proactive, adaptable, and passionate about advancing healthcare through informatics and AI solutions.


  • How we work together
    We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
    Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
    Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
