The Account Executive is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing B2B clients.Position responsibilities:Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of TransPerfect’s servicesIdentify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus on sales activitiesDevelop new client relationships via cold calling, Internet, and trade showsIn coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunitiesPromote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect’s servicesProvide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Management TeamManage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company proceduresTake an active role in learning about each client’s industry, business needs and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of servicePerform other special projects or duties when requiredBy applying, I confirm I have read and accept TransPerfect's Privacy Policy: https://www.transperfect.com/about/data-privacy-recruitingRequired skills, experience and qualifications:Interest in or previous experience in Strategic Business Development and/or Client Services/Account ManagementAbility to build and maintain relationshipsSuperior written and spoken communication skills in EnglishGood analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalentAbility to commute to our London office 5 days per week.Most importantly, the ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build strategic relationships with clients and co-workers, work as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of serviceDesired skills and experience:Previous Account Management experience is beneficialBy applying, I confirm I have read and accept TransPerfect's Privacy Policy: https://www.transperfect.com/about/data-privacy-recruiting
