Fullstack / Product AI Founding Engineer

Salary: CHF 140'000 - 150'000 per year Requirements: Demonstrated ability to own and ship end-to-end features independently, from backend services to polished React interfaces, ideally as an early or founding engineer at a startup.Solid hands-on experience with Python on the backend and TypeScript/React/Tailwind on the frontend.Practical knowledge of integrating and orchestrating LLM providers, building AI pipelines, and managing state machines in production environments.Ability to talk directly to customers, identify problems, and translate them into shipped solutions fast.You know when to build the right abstraction and when to just ship. You take full accountability for everything you build, from Terraform to UI.
