Riportando allo Store Manager del punto vendita, il Sales Associate (Addetto alle vendite e alle operazioni ausiliarie di vendita) svolgerà tutte le attività relative alla vendita di abbigliamento e accessori, vivendo con passione i valori aziendali e fidelizzando i clienti per un’esperienza di shopping positiva, concreta e coinvolgente. Il Sales Associate (Addetto alle vendite e alle operazioni ausiliarie di vendita) sarà ambasciatore del Brand e con il Team lavorerà con passione, ambizione e competenza al fine di regalare un’eccellente esperienza ai clienti.

Il ruolo prevede lo svolgimento delle seguenti attività:


  • Accoglienza al cliente;
  • Consulenza e vendita assistita alla clientela fornendo livelli eccellenti di servizio rispettando tutti gli standard, le politiche e procedure aziendali;
  • Utilizzo della cassa: operazioni di vendita, apertura e chiusura cassa;
  • Fornire il proprio contributo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di performance del team e dei KPI individuali;
  • Attività di merchandising (riassortimento del punto vendita) e di magazzino;
  • Implementazione quotidiana dei processi e delle linee guida aziendali trasmessi attraverso lo Store Operations Manual e i corsi di formazione erogati online sul portale aziendale;
  • Orientamento alla cura dei dettagli.
