Eblex Group is supporting a fast-growing European clinical AI company in the search for an AI Engineer with a strong front-end focus to support the continued expansion of its AI-driven clinical development platform.
The company develops intelligent software solutions designed to improve how biotech and pharmaceutical organisations manage clinical development, operational workflows, and data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on building highly intuitive, scalable, and modern user interfaces that allow clinical teams to interact effectively with AI-powered tools and insights.

The Role of AI Engineer Front End
You will play a key role in designing and developing user-facing applications and interfaces for AI-powered clinical products. Working closely with backend engineers, AI teams, and product stakeholders, you will help deliver scalable front-end solutions that simplify complex clinical and operational data.
Key Responsibilities of AI Engineer Front End
- Design and build modern, responsive front-end applications and interfaces for AI-driven clinical platforms
- Develop highly interactive dashboards and data visualisation tools for clinical and operational users
- Collaborate with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate machine learning outputs into production applications
- Optimise user experience, performance, and scalability across platform components
- Translate complex workflows and datasets into intuitive user experiences
- Contribute to front-end architecture, component libraries, and development standards
Technical Requirements of the AI Engineer
- Strong front-end engineering experience using React, TypeScript, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
- Experience building scalable and responsive web applications
- Understanding of API integration and modern front-end architecture
- Experience working alongside AI/ML or data engineering teams
- Familiarity with cloud environments and modern development workflows
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and performance optimisation
Preferred Experience of AI Engineer
- Exposure to AI-enabled products or data-intensive platforms
- Experience within healthcare, biotech, SaaS, or clinical technology environments
- Familiarity with clinical or healthcare data standards is advantageous
- Experience working in international or scaling technology businesses
