Il Ristorante Orizzonti, al 13° piano di Uptown Palace, parte del Gruppo Extro Hotels,


è ricerca di un/una Chef de Rang


Lo Chef de Rang sarà protagonista delle attività operative del ristorante, contribuendo a garantire un servizio efficiente e di alta qualità durante tutte le fasi della giornata, dalla colazione alla cena.


La risorsa in particolare si occuperà di:

  • Gestione dei tavoli e accoglienza degli ospiti
  • Preparazione della mise en place e riordino della sala
  • Servizio al tavolo nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi del ristorante
  • Predisposizione e organizzazione delle aree di servizio
  • Coordinamento con il team di sala, supervisor e sommelier
  • Presa delle comande e assistenza agli ospiti durante l’esperienza gastronomica
  • Gestione delle operazioni di pagamento


Requisiti:


  • Un'esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in alberghi 4/5 stelle e/o in ristoranti fine dining
  • Ottima conoscenza colloquiale della lingua inglese
  • Ottima conoscenza degli standard di servizio relativi alla ristorazione
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team, buona comunicazione e passione per il servizio
  • Capacità di relazionarsi con clientela internazionale esigente, una naturale inclinazione all’ospitalità di lusso ed una naturale predisposizione al rapporto interpersonale
  • Uno standing curato e professionale
  • Disponibilità a svolgere turni mattutini e serali
