Position Summary
  • Defining and achieving sales targets for assigned customers
  • Identifying new opportunities related to OEM and dealer customers served directly by Italian plants
  • Participating in defining the customer development strategy and related applications in the assigned area
  • Collaborating with colleagues who are specialists in application solutions or product development to refine the search for and realization of new business opportunities
Job Position and Requirements

Education: High School 5 years related experience in Sales Department

Professional Background:

  • Technical training and/or experience in the hydraulic sector
  • At least 5 years\' experience in the hydraulic/off-highway technical sales sector

Hard Skills:

  • Technical sales experience in hydraulics/off-highway/industrial sectors
  • Good knowledge of English
  • MS Office software package
  • Willingness to travel – mainly within the country, occasionally abroad
  • Ability to interact with other company departments

Considered as a plus:

  • Knowledge of Hydraulic products
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/Hydraulic/Economics (is a plus)
  • Advanced MS Excel

Soft Skills:

  • Versatility and ability to manage complex situations
