Grow here.** AECOM is seeking an experienced **Senior Project Manager** to join our team in **Dublin** . This is a senior leadership role delivering complex projects across the **infrastructure and aviation sectors.** The role will be based on site for four days per week, with the remaining one day worked remotely. **What you’ll do** You will provide leadership across the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery for our clients while supporting the growth and development of our teams. Key responsibilities include: **_Project Management Activities_** + Lead the coordination of the project ensuring interfaces are considered and addressed at all stages of the project lifecycle + Maintain the Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed task tracker + Work with the technical teams in coordinating and managing the design consultants and other external service providers + Organise the appropriate design review meetings and be responsible for communicating design acceptance to the Contractor + Be responsible for communicating design changes to relevant members of the project team and stakeholders who may be impacted + Report monthly on the tasks throughout the project’s lifecycle including construction works (during the construction phase) that have been undertaken + Maintain the overall project risk register and update at monthly progress meetings + Identify opportunities to improve Project Management procedures, templates and products referring ideas to the appropriate line manager + Monitor and apply performance management techniques + Manage the change control process + Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. **_NEC Specific Activities_** + Review and accept programme submissions + Lead and act in the spirit of mutual trust and co-operation + Communicate and issue documents as required by the ECC and perform any other duties as stated in the contract + Carry out the duties as the Project Manager as required by the Contracting Entity’s contract for the Programme, maintaining close contact with the Client in order to ensure the Project Manager’s actions reflect the Contracting Entity’s objectives for the project + Manage the compensation event process so that the Contractor is fairly compensated for any Contracting Entity- initiated change on the project + Ensure the Contractor notifies compensation events in good time so that the Contracting Entity is not disadvantaged + Assess payment after each assessment interval **Qualifications** **Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?** We are looking for a driven and experienced professional with a strong background in the infrastructuresectors to join our Dublin team as Project Director. As the successful candidate, you will have: + A **degree qualification** (BSc or MSc) in Project Management, or another construction- or engineering-related discipline + Knowledge of NEC and FIDIC suite of contracts + **Professional accreditation** , ideally Chartered status with **RICS, APM, CIOB** , or an equivalent professional institution _We celebrate diversity, including neurodiversity, and believe it enriches our team.
