Descrierea postului

Develop the Digital Signage business in the Italian markets, driving TCL’s growth in the B2B segment through opportunity identification, key account management, channel development, and execution of commercial strategies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and capture new opportunities in sectors such as retail, education, transportation, hospitality, and corporate.
  • Key Account Management: Build strong relationships with integrators, distributors, VARs, and end customers.
  • Channel Strategy: Design and implement channel strategies to maximize market coverage and penetration.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt TCL’s offering.
  • Training and Support: Support technical and commercial training sessions for partners and clients.
  • Brand Representation: Participate in trade shows, events, and presentations as a TCL ambassador in the B2B segment.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in B2B commercial roles within Digital Signage, AV, or IT.
  • Deep understanding of the integrator, distributor, and manufacturer ecosystem in Italy.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
